What is a Neuromodulator?
Xeomin is very similar to Botox in that it works by temporarily paralyzing the muscles that contribute to deep lines and wrinkles, creating a smoother and more youthful facial appearance. A main benefit of Xeomin is that it doesn’t contain additional additives. That means patients are less likely to suffer an allergic reaction or become resistant to the medicine. As such, Xeomin is an excellent option for patients who are prone to allergic reactions or have already developed antibodies to Botox.
